Renovating generally means updating, repairing, or refreshing an existing space while preserving much of its current layout or structure. Remodeling typically involves more substantial changes to the design, configuration, or function of a home. In practice, the terms can overlap. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. supports both renovation and remodeling through design, permitting, interiors, and construction guidance.
