Compare relevant residential experience, design philosophy, communication style, project scope, permitting support, consultant coordination, and construction involvement. Review whether the architect handles only drawings or can guide the project through bidding and completion. It is also useful to ask how the practice approaches sustainability, technology, interiors, cabinetry, and built-ins if those elements are important to your home.
