Tailored cabinetry and built-ins create practical storage and a visually integrated kitchen, with emphasis on sustainability, health, and aesthetic longevity.
Custom interior design coordinates kitchen spaces with the broader home through timeless planning, thoughtful materials, and health-conscious sustainable practices.
Custom furniture and integrated built-in elements extend the kitchen design language while supporting durability, function, and a cohesive residential environment.
Permit support helps guide homeowners, consultants, and contractors through municipal requirements as the renovation progresses from design toward completion.
Construction administration provides coordination and design guidance across clients, consultants, and contractors, helping the intended value carry through implementation.
Custom kitchen renovation value is not determined by a single price point. It comes from how well the design responds to the home, supports daily use, coordinates cabinetry and interiors, and remains compelling over time. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. brings architecture, interior design, custom cabinetry, built-ins, permitting, and construction guidance together so homeowners can weigh priorities with greater clarity.

A realistic kitchen remodel budget cannot be responsibly stated without understanding the home's existing conditions, scope, cabinetry requirements, design complexity, permitting needs, and construction decisions. A useful comparison begins by separating essential work from discretionary enhancements, then evaluating how each investment affects function, durability, visual cohesion, and the broader home. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. can help organize those priorities during design.
