Luxury renovation costs are shaped by the size and complexity of the project, existing conditions, architectural and interior design scope, permitting, consultant involvement, custom cabinetry, furniture, sustainable systems, technology, and construction requirements. The level of craftsmanship and coordination also matters. A detailed design process helps identify priorities and clarify the work before construction decisions are finalized.
