An architect typically provides broader professional design coordination, including architectural planning, documentation, permitting support, and guidance through construction. A home designer may focus more narrowly on layouts, drawings, or interior selections, depending on their services. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. combines architectural design with interiors, cabinetry, built-ins, permitting guidance, and construction coordination for comprehensive residential projects.
