Look for a firm whose design approach fits your goals and whose experience matches your project type. Review relevant residential work, ask how the firm handles permitting and consultant coordination, and clarify who remains involved during construction. It is also important to understand how the team communicates design decisions, uses visualization tools, and integrates architectural, interior, and built-in elements.
