The scope possible with $100,000 depends on the home, project goals, existing conditions, design complexity, permitting needs, finishes, and construction requirements. A focused renovation may address selected rooms or improvements, while a broader remodel may require prioritization. A design professional can help define the program, identify constraints, and align the proposed work with the available budget before detailed decisions are made.
