There is no single renovation price because investment varies with the home, project scope, design complexity, permitting needs, construction work, custom elements, and consultant requirements. A useful cost breakdown should consider architecture, interiors, cabinetry, approvals, contractor bidding, and construction guidance together. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. can help define the scope so decisions are evaluated within a coordinated design plan.
