Renovations that improve a home’s usability, architectural coherence, durability, and overall condition can contribute meaningfully to perceived value. The strongest opportunity varies by property, neighborhood, existing construction, and buyer expectations. A design-led evaluation can help prioritize additions, reconfigured interiors, custom storage, sustainable systems, or carefully executed preservation work rather than focusing only on surface-level updates.
