Architectural fees vary according to the project’s scope, complexity, level of service, and required coordination. A focused service such as permit procurement differs from comprehensive design through construction guidance. Ortiz Mexia Projects, Inc. lists pricing as not specified, so the appropriate way to understand fees is to discuss the property, goals, project phase, and services being considered.
