Frequently Asked Questions

What do interior design architects do?

Interior design architects shape how a space looks, functions, and connects to the broader building. Their work may include spatial planning, materials, furnishings, cabinetry, built-ins, lighting coordination, architectural design, permitting support, and construction guidance. An integrated practice can coordinate these elements so the interior character supports the home’s architecture, environmental goals, practical needs, and long-term use.
