Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during a home renovation project?

A renovation typically moves through several connected phases: defining the program, developing architectural and interior design, preparing for permits, coordinating contractor bidding, and guiding construction toward completion. The exact scope depends on the property and goals. A design-led practice helps connect these decisions so materials, layouts, systems, and details support a cohesive result.
