There is no reliable single average that applies to every kitchen remodel. Cost varies with the project’s scope, existing conditions, design work, permitting needs, cabinetry, built-ins, finishes, and construction requirements. A comparison should focus on what each provider includes, how decisions are documented, and whether design and construction guidance are coordinated—not only on an initial estimate.
