Compare more than construction pricing. Review whether the firm can coordinate architectural design, interiors, permitting, cabinetry, consultants, and construction guidance as one process. Ask about relevant residential work, communication responsibilities, design technology, sustainability priorities, and how project decisions are documented. An integrated practice may provide clearer continuity from the first concept through completion.
