The right choice depends on the existing property, your desired changes, the home’s setting, and how completely you want to rethink the space. Remodeling may preserve a home’s character and location while addressing functional needs. Buying or building new may provide broader design freedom. An architectural review can clarify which path better supports your goals and the property’s potential.
